Academic Information
Heidelberg offers a strong academic program for its students. A wide variety of undergraduate majors/minors and pre-professional programs are designed to provide students with the knowledge needed to be an educated person prepared for a career or further education. The university offers a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Music degree. At the graduate level students may earn a master’s degree in Education, Clinical and/or School Counseling, and Business Administration.
Students are encouraged to work with faculty in pursuing individual research interests and special funds are available to students needing financial support to conduct a research project. Heidelberg offers unique learning experiences through its Honors Program and research programs such as the Center for Historic and Military Archaeology and the National Center for Water Quality Research.
