Schedule Your Visit
Our visit coordinators will do their best to make sure that your visit is personalized, engaging and fun. Please schedule your visit at least one week in advance so we can try to accommodate your requests and interests.
Each visit includes a visit with an admission counselor who will tell you more about Heidelberg and answer your questions about applying for admission and financial aid. You will also take a campus tour with a student admission representative, who will lead you through campus facilities and grounds while answering your questions about campus life and academics.
We will also do our best to meet your requests to meet with faculty members in major fields of interest to you, or to set up meetings with coaches. Many students also request to sit in on a class and have lunch in our dining facility. Your student host will introduce you to life on campus and share their perspectives on what it’s like to live and learn at the ’Berg. Please allow two weeks’ notice for overnight visits.
