Saturday Visit Information
Sometimes a visit during the week is not possible. Realizing this, we offer our prospective students and their families the opportunity to explore Heidelberg University on a Saturday. However, we strongly encourage you to schedule a visit during the weekday to receive more individualized attention; with the opportunity to sit in on a class, meet with an admission counselor, interact with professors and coaches, and enjoy a meal in the dining hall.
Saturday visitors have three arrival options:
- 10:00 a.m. Group Presentation, followed by a 10:30 a.m. group tour
- 11:00 a.m. Group Presentation, followed by an 11:30 a.m. group tour
- 1:00 p.m. Group Presentation, followed by a 1:30 p.m. group tour
Note: We are not able to make special accommodations to meet with faculty or coaches on Saturdays.

We will be closed for Saturday visits on April 3, 2010 for Heidelberg Easter Break.
