Since 2000, Heidelberg College has been pleased to offer its faculty and students online access to academic information and services via OASIS. In 2007, Heidelberg continued to expand these services by offering online registration in addition to academic information and services via OASIS2.

Students accepted to Heidelberg College will receive the OASIS ID and PIN with their orientation information (undergraduates) or acknowledgement/acceptance letter (graduates). The ID is a nine (9) digit number beginning with zero (0). Your default PIN will be your birthdate in the following format: MMDDYY
The first time you log in to OASIS2, you will be prompted to change your PIN. The PIN must be six (6) digits. For security purposes, do not change your PIN to numbers others will be able to guess, for example, 111111, 123456. You will not be permitted to keep your date of birth as your PIN. You will also be asked to pick a security question in case you forget your PIN. The security question will allow you to temporarily reset your PIN to your date of birth in case you forget it.
