Registration Information

Heidelberg College operates on a semester calendar. Registration currently occurs in April for Summer and Fall registration and November for Spring registration. The class schedule is available on OASIS2.

Students who are eligible to register will receive a registration time ticket. Time tickets can be viewed a few weeks prior to registration for a specific semester on OASIS2 under each student’s “Registration Status.” Students on academic probation for the semester are required to meet with their advisor and obtain a separate registration PIN to permit registration on-line.

Heidelberg students register for most classes online via OASIS2. Registrations processed by the Office of the Registrar include: internship contracts, independent study agreements, undergraduate registration in excess of 19 hours during one semester, ROTC cross-town agreement classes, late registrations and off-campus and study-abroad registrations.
