Find a Job: Looking for new employment? Access our online  job search database and create a free account to view all jobs posted with Heidelberg College through the eXperience system. Register today by clicking here and using the token password "student prince." Please note: register on the left hand side of the eXperience screen, using the "student" registration box.

Post a Job: Want to share a job opportunity with current students an alumni? You can email your job to Career Development, fax it to 419.448.2707, or register to post your jobs directly online. Click here to create an employer account online.

Did You Graduate in 2008? If you haven't already, complete the 2008 First Destination Survey online (survey will open in a separate window). Let us know what you 've been up to since graduation!

BERGmentor: Volunteer to become a BERGmentor! Register for the BERGmentor program online (registration form will open in a separate window). Once you have completed the registration, an online mentor account will be created for you, and you will receive your generic username and password via email or phone. Then, you can log on (http://heidelberg.erecruiting.com/er/security/login.jsp), individualize your account (including how many contacts you prefer per month), and your contact information will be available to students looking to develop a mentor relationship. Questions? Contact Career Development at 419.448.2058. NOTE: You can still participate even if you do not have internet access.

Recruiting Month (October): Encourage your company to schedule an on-campus visit to Heidelberg! We can schedule an information meeting, arrange an interview room, set up a candidate schedule, even forward resumes for review before the interview date.

Mock Interview Day: Participate in this event and help students prepare for interviewing for full-time positions! Students register for the interviews by career field. 

Career Fairs: If you are looking for great candidates, and want to get maximum exposure for your time and effort, attend the annual Berg/TU Career Fair. The fair is cosponsored by Tiffin University and Heidelberg College each spring. Other career fairs include Collegiate Employ-Net, Education Expo, and the University of Findlay/Berg Education Fair.

Career Resource Library: Visit the library to find resources on career exploration, career planning, job searching, graduate school resources, and test placement information. For a list of resources targeted toward alumni, click HERE.
