Identification Cards

The University will issue each student with a Heidelberg University identification card. Students are responsible for carrying their University ID card at all times and presenting it, upon request, to any University official. Students should report lost or stolen cards to the Office of Residence Life. Lost cards will be replaced at a cost of $15. The Heidelberg University ID card is the property of the University and can be confiscated at any time.
