INTRODUCTION
By enrolling as a student into Heidelberg University and its community, students recognize their individual and collective responsibilities toward the development of a fair, just, mature and diverse living and learning environment. As a student, s/he neither loses the rights nor escapes the responsibilities of an adult. Within the context of protecting the integrity and welfare of the University community, the judicial process is student centered. The judicial process stresses personal integrity and the willingness to modify inappropriate behavior, and the sincere desire to develop attitudinal changes.
