InterResidence Hall Council (IRHC)
Heidelberg University's Inter-Residence Hall Council (IRHC) is a student organization, composed of hall council representatives, which seeks to enhance the residence hall living community and serves the needs of residence hall students. IRHC strives to accomplish these goals by:
- providing educational and social activities
- providing services to improve the quality of residence hall living
- working as a team with other college organizations
- actively communicating the ideas, concerns, and opinions of the residence hall students to the administration
IRHC general membership is composed of the resident students of Brown, France, King, Krieg, Miller and Williard Halls. All students living in these halls are eligible to participate in IRHC functions.
The executive board of IRHC consists of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. IRHC Officer membership is composed of the President and Vice-President from each of the six residence Hall Councils, as well as an IRHC Representative from each of the individual Hall Councils as determined by that Hall Council. Liaison positions are reserved for a member from Student Senate.
